Terms of Service

1. The Project

Dawrash City is a community development vision owned and administered by Gospel Labour Ministry (GLM). It is not a separate legal entity. The Dawrash App is a platform created to facilitate contributions and maintain contribution records for the project.

2. Eligibility

Participation in the Dawrash City project is open to anyone who chooses to contribute voluntarily. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you are of legal age and sound mind and that you participate freely and without coercion.

GLM church members access the Dawrash App via Single Sign-On (SSO) through the GLM Members App. Non-members may contribute directly through the landing page without creating an account.

3. Voluntary Participation

Participation in Dawrash City is entirely voluntary. You are not required to make any contribution. By choosing to contribute, you confirm that you do so freely and of your own accord, without coercion.

4. Contributions

Contributions are made voluntarily towards the advancement of the Dawrash City vision. All participants must understand that:

• Contributions may be made progressively at your own pace
• Successfully completed contributions are non-refundable
• Contributions do not earn interest
• Contributions are not deposits, savings, or loans
• Contributions are not an investment product
• Contributions do not carry a guaranteed financial return

5. Use of Contributions

Contributions received through the Dawrash App are administered by Gospel Labour Ministry for the advancement of the Dawrash City vision. They may support activities including:

• Land acquisition and documentation
• Surveying and planning
• Infrastructure and community development
• Site preparation and development
• Other legitimate activities connected with Dawrash City

6. Payment Processing

Contributions are processed through Paystack, a licensed payment service provider. Payment processing fees (Paystack fees) are borne by the participant and are separate from the contribution amount. The applicable fee is displayed before each payment is confirmed.

7. No Investment or Financial Return

Dawrash City contributions are not an investment product. Participants do not contribute with any expectation of interest, dividends, capital appreciation, profit sharing, or a guaranteed financial return. The purpose of the contribution is participation in and support of the Dawrash City vision.

8. Participant Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Review these terms before contributing
• Retain payment confirmations and transaction references
• Use only official Dawrash City payment channels
• Contact GLM through official channels for project enquiries

9. Limitation of Liability

Gospel Labour Ministry administers the Dawrash City project in good faith. GLM does not guarantee specific project timelines or development milestones beyond what is expressly stated in these terms. The project will be developed progressively in accordance with the plans and decisions of Gospel Labour Ministry.

10. Changes to These Terms

Gospel Labour Ministry may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be published at this address with a revised date. Continued use of the Dawrash App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from participation in the Dawrash City project shall be resolved under applicable Nigerian law.
