Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Contributions

All successfully completed contributions towards the Dawrash City project are strictly non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of:

• Personal financial hardship
• Change of mind or personal circumstances
• Relocation
• Departure from the GLM faith community
• Any other personal reason

Contributions are made voluntarily toward the advancement of the Dawrash City vision. Once a contribution is successfully confirmed, it is committed to the project and cannot be withdrawn.

2. No Cancellations

There is no cancellation mechanism for contributions made toward the Dawrash City project. Participation is voluntary at the point of entry. Once a member has signed the participation covenant and made contributions, those contributions are committed to the project and are not subject to cancellation or reversal.

A member may choose to stop making further contributions at any time. Contributions already confirmed will remain on record and will not be refunded.

3. Failed or Unrecorded Payments

Where a payment fails or a participant is debited without the contribution being successfully received or recorded in the Dawrash App, the transaction may be investigated and resolved through the applicable payment-processing procedures.

To report an unrecorded or failed payment, contact the Dawrash City support team with your transaction reference number and payment confirmation from your bank or Paystack. Such cases are handled as technical payment resolution, not as refunds of successfully completed contributions.

4. Paystack Processing Fees

Payment processing fees charged by Paystack are separate from your contribution amount. These fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, including failed transactions where Paystack has already processed the fee. The applicable fee is shown before you confirm each payment.
